The mission of Molecular Medicine Ireland is to mobilise the strengths of the five partner institutions NUI Galway, RCSI, TCD, UCC and UCD, their associated hospitals and clinical research facilities, to build a sustainable national system to coordinate, support and promote translational and clinical research so that advances in science can be readily turned into better health outcomes. MMI wish to recruit a Chief Executive with a proven track record in Clinical Practice and, or Research. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding and experience of the biomedical research landscape at a strategic level in Ireland and internationally. He or she will be a proven leader with, excellent interpersonal, influencing and networking skills and be clinically attuned and familiar with the challenges of translational medicine.
