The Health Research Board has launched the Collaborative Doctoral Awards in Patient-focused Research (CDA), 2019.
The Collaborative Doctoral Awards in Patient-focused Research (CDA) aims to train to doctoral level multidisciplinary cohorts of both health and social care professionals and health-related researchers in different disciplines (e.g. health economics, bioinformatics, biostatistics, epidemiology, etc.) as relevant to the objectives of the call and the overarching thematic area of the overall programme. Each Collaborative Doctoral Award will provide support to the training and the research projects of a cohort of three to five trainees.
Applications for the awards opened on 1st October 2018 and will close on 10th January 2019.
